Dr. Han Zonghai, a professor dedicated to leadership in education, always adheres to the original intention of serving students and society, quietly contributing to the field of education. He currently serves as the Chairman and Principal of Davis College in Vancouver and Windsor/Toronto, Canada, and teaches leadership courses at Trinity Western University in Canada. In addition, Dr. Han co-founded the US-Canada Education Group and serves as the Honorary Dean of the Leadership College at Cambridge Yet Innovation Institute in the UK.

In the past, Dr. Han has held various positions at Washington Institute of Technology in the US, Trinity Western University, and London College in Vancouver, Canada, striving to contribute to students and the academic community. He is also one of the co-founders of the Master’s program in Project Management at the University of British Columbia, Canada.

Dr. Han consistently upholds the seven core educational philosophies of “Learning, Humility, Integrity, Collaboration, Courage, Service, and Excellence,” which guide his work in education. While he has earned PMP and SP certifications from the Project Management Institute in the US and PSP certification from the American Association of Cost Engineers, what he values most are the interactions and collaborations with students and colleagues.
